Classic Buffalo wings are traditionally prepared unbreaded and deep fried then coated with a buttery tangy hot sauce served with a blue cheese dip or ranch dressing. However, for this recipe I’m choosing crispy over classic and it was a hit.

This Buffalo Wings recipe remains on top of my kids’ favorites. They would jump in excitement at any time I would announce it as our main course during lunch or dinner time.

While an order of a few pieces of chicken wings at any restaurant will cost you an arm and a leg, making it at home will only cost you a few hundred pesos and everyone gets a fair share!

The ease of preparation and the savory flavors will surely make you come back to this recipe many times over. It’s so good that it can easily be a crowd-pleaser when served at any gathering or brought to a potluck party!
